1 or 2 cans of Ayam Brand Mackerel in Tomato Sauce
Some curry leaves
1 sliced red onions
1 sliced red chilly
Dry spices like chili powder
Lime and salt
Heat the oil, saute the onion, curry leaves and red chili until fragrant. Add in the mackerel with the tomato sauce, and mash lightly. Next add the lime juice and chili powder. Then add salt to taste. Finally, let it cook until slightly dry and serve with rice or bread or chapati.
