All Amansari staffs from 4 properties were involved in the making of the record
SKS Group ecently received recognition from the Malaysia Book of Records for completing “The Longest Non-stop Hospitality Training (50 Hours)” namely the “Amansari Service Philosophy and Amansari Hospitality Ethics” held from 11th December 2019 to 13th December 2019 at Amansari Hotel Desaru, Bandar Penawar, Kota Tinggi.
A total of 100 Amansari staffs were involved in the training, hailing from all 4 Amansari properties in Johor state – Amansari Hotel Desaru, Amansari Residence Desaru, Amansari Hotel Nusajaya and Amansari Residence Resort from various departments, such as Front Office, Administration, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B and Kitchen department.
The programme is driven by Amansari’s vision to be the leading home-grown hospitality brands in Malaysia and to arm its staffs with the skills and knowledge needed in delivering top notch customer service and experience to guests.
